• A proof may be provided upon request. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
• Turnaround times begin after final approval and payment.

5. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is 3-5] business days.

6. Shipping & Pickup

• Local pickup is available in Lynchburg, VA.
• Shipping is available nationwide.
• Chance Designz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the case of:
• Incorrect item sent
• Defective product
• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

8. Design Ownership & Usage

• All designs created by Chance Designz remain the property of Chance Designz unless otherwise agreed.
• Purchased designs are for personal or business use but may not be resold as digital files.
• Customers must have the rights to any images submitted for use.
•  Limit revisions 2 free revisions, then fee applied
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printing differences
•  No liability for pressing errors if customer presses transfers themselves (DTF Transfer Specific)
•  If customer doesn’t respond for approval within 7 days, order is closed with no refund

9. Digital Products

• All digital downloads are non-refundable.
• Files are delivered electronically after purchase.
• Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Chance Designz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
